Mr. Walker has over 30 years of law enforcement training and investigations. He has over seven years conducting Fire Origin and Cause Investigations. He has investigated a variety of fires including incendiary, fatalities, vehicle, buildings, and large loss fires. Prior to joining EFI Global as an investigator, he completed a 25-year career with the City of Erie Police department. While serving with the Erie Police Department he achieved the rank of Detective Sergeant. His primary duties while working as a Detective Sergeant were the investigations of fires and explosions in the City of Erie. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI), The National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI), and The Pennsylvania Association of Arson Investigators (PAAI). While working for the City of Erie Police department Mr. Walker has conducted origin and cause investigations within the following areas:
